To request a change to your order you may email us at admin@thebared.com. If we are able to stop the shipment, you will receive an email confirming a change or cancellation of the order and any charges made will be reversed.
Please note, as our order platform processes orders immediately. This means that in some instances we will be unable to cancel an order before it is shipped. Should the order ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
