The Simple Green Smoothie

This Simple Green Smoothie is great as it is or if you are feeling adventurous use it as a base to build your own variations.
Dark leafy greens such as spinach are beneficial for skin, hair and bone health. They also provide protein, iron, vitamins and minerals.

1 1/2 cup of milk (or any nut milk)
2 cups baby spinach fully packed
1 Banana (frozen is best)
1 apple sliced into pieces
1/4 avocado
1 recommended serving of your preferred collagen powder

Tip(s). Keep your bananas and avocado frozen for an extra refreshing smoothie. Add coconut water to get your preferred consistency
